Hoplite Creative, formerly known as Hoplite Post, is a start to finish service specializing in small independent projects. We cover motion graphics, compositing, effects, editing, writing and on special occasions even a little camera work and/or on-site shooting day consulting for special effects. We pride ourselves on flexibility and adaptability to ensure the best possible outcome.

Hoplite Post was begun by Dean Guiliotis in 2004 as a small an editing and post production studio. In 2008 he began motion graphics, animation and compositing independently and for several houses in the Los Angeles area including Fight 33, Kappa Studios and Prime Focus. In 2014 Guiliotis won a News and Documentary Emmy® for Outstanding Graphic Design and Art Direction for his compositing work on Big History that aired on The History Channel’s H2 Network.
